Monday – Thursday
- 1-2 hours: $100 per hour
- 3-6 hours: $75 per hour ($100 for the first 2 hours)
- 7+ (full day): $600

Friday-Sunday
- 1-2 hours: $150 per hour
- 3-6 hours: $100 per hour ($150 for the first 2 hours)
- 7+ (full day): $750
- Special Designated Liquor License: Contact us for additional information
* 25% Date-Hold-Fee due at time of booking.
* Remaining 75% of the Lease Fee is due ten (10) days prior to the Event Date.
* Alcohol is permitted, with no Special Designated Liquor License, as long as beverages are not sold during the event.
* If a liquor license is required, Lessee’s caterer shall be responsible for obtaining a Special Designated License. A copy of the Special Designated License must be supplied to The Elm within ten (10) days of the event.
